We had our concerns all along whether we would have enough food, so thankfully, in the end, it all worked out. The turnout was beyond our expectations, too, especially with Mom being nearly 97 years old. One of our mom’s necessities in life was to make sure everyone was always well fed, so she would have been very happy! Hello Trevor,
I never got to express my gratitude for the excellent meal you provided for our Pepper Extravaganza.
After you had gone, I asked the group of players what they thought of the meal.  There was a resounding applause and a standing ovation from the ones who could stand up.  Even today, when I meet people, they tell me how much they enjoyed the day and especially the food.
If I ever run one again I will be asking you to provide the same.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. 

You made 77 people at our Walk ‘n Roll with L’Arche so very happy on Saturday.  The hot refreshments were a hit.   
Someone told me “That’s good coffee.”.   The sandwiches were a special treat that everyone enjoyed.  What wondrous variety in sandwiches.  We even had enough sandwiches left over to send home with 2 of the Houses. 
Many thanks for making our 9th annual Walk so special.
